Job Summary

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting vacuuming sweeping and mopping in home. Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas ensuring hygiene standards are met. Manage waste disposal and recycling maintaining a tidy and environmentally conscious workspace. Replenish supplies such as toiletries cleaning products and kitchen essentials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Requirements

Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of responsibility. High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending. A professional and discreet demeanor respecting home confidentiality.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety. Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi; basic English comprehension is a plus. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
