Job Summary
- Gather and analyze user reporting requirements to design and implement effective solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and reporting tools.
- Develop configure and optimize reports dashboards and data visualizations aligned with business objectives.

- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in Workday Prism Analytics and reporting.
- Proven expertise in Core Workday HCM modules and HR data transformation.
- Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and integration with source systems.
- Experience designing and delivering complex reports dashboards and data visualizations.
