Requirements 26 years of hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure site supervision. Proven experience in labor management site coordination and workforce handling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and support teams. Fluency in the local language of the assigned region. A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Prior construction industry experience is highly preferred.
