Job Summary
- Enable configure and test the DDR (Due Diligence Review) module within the TPRM platform.
- Implement and support enhancements to the TPRM platform to meet evolving business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive third-party profiles with accurate risk and compliance data.
- Design develop and maintain external vendor portals to support seamless third-party engagement.
- Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer to streamline risk assessment and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules Script Actions Events and Notifications to automate key processes.
- Configure test and troubleshoot complex Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security and role-based access.
- Apply automation and security best practices to maintain platform integrity and performance.
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in IT service management and platform development.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Proficiency in Flow Designer for workflow automation.
- Strong experience with Business Rules Script Actions and server-side scripting.
- Expertise in Event Registry Notifications and event-driven automation.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot complex ACLs.
- Advanced JavaScript skills including client and server-side scripting.
