Job Summary
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions tailored to business needs
- Configure and maintain Discovery workflows to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset data in the CMDB
- Develop and manage event management rules and correlation policies to reduce noise and improve incident response
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ITOM modules in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable maintainable solutions
- Document technical designs configurations and system behavior for knowledge transfer and future enhancements
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM development
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Discovery CMDB Event Management and IntegrationHub
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their implementation within ServiceNow
- Experience with scripting in JavaScript (Server and Client) and familiarity with ServiceNows application development framework
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services and integration patterns
- Knowledge of database design and performance optimization within ServiceNow
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable

The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing IT operational efficiency driving service reliability and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
