Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Delivery Project/Program Management stakeholder management and client engagement with a proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts cross-functional teams and delivery excellence.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services projects and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
- Manage multiple enterprise client engagements while ensuring quality timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary client contact for delivery governance and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with technical operations and business teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project health risks resources budgets and delivery performance.
- Drive governance through client reviews status reports and executive presentations.
- Manage project scope change requests and delivery timelines.
- Lead process improvement automation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and drive a high-performance delivery culture.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science IT or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Delivery Managed Services IT Services or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise client accounts and large-scale managed services engagements.
- Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or ITIL certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS Azure GCP) or DevOps is an added advantage.
