We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accurate salary processing statutory compliance payroll reporting and employee payroll administration across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF ESIC PT TDS Labour Laws and other statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll audits reconciliations and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with HR Finance and external agencies for payroll-related activities.
- Manage employee benefits reimbursements and full & final settlements.
- Maintain payroll records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries and drive process improvements.
