The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts driving sales growth acquiring new business and maintaining long-term relationships with developers consultants architects contractors and corporate clients. The candidate should possess excellent technical sales skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key customer accounts within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.
Promote elevator and escalator products modernization solutions and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Prepare techno-commercial proposals quotations and tender submissions.
Negotiate pricing commercial terms and contracts with clients.
Coordinate with the Projects Installation and Service teams to ensure timely project execution.
Build strong relationships with builders developers architects consultants PMC firms and channel partners.
Track market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports and business development plans.
