Key Responsibilities Visit customer locations for installation servicing and basic technical support activities Assist in inspection troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment/devices Handle basic repair and field support tasks under supervisor guidance Coordinate with the service team for daily work assignments and updates Maintain service reports and customer visit records Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines Provide professional and courteous support to customers during field visits Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Freshers can apply Basic communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel within Chennai for field work Basic technical understanding and learning attitude preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Immediate joiners preferred Must have a two-wheeler.
