Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have 10 years of experience supporting senior leadership and must have a Chartered Accountant (CA) background (including CA Articleship/Internship). The role requires strong administrative financial coordination and communication skills while handling confidential business matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MDs calendar meetings travel and daily schedule.
Prepare presentations reports MIS and executive correspondence.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Assist in financial reviews budgeting and business analysis.
Track key projects action items and follow up on deliverables.
Organize board meetings prepare agendas record minutes and monitor action points.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the MD.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to CXO/Managing Director.
CA qualification or CA Articleship (Internship) experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of finance MIS and business reporting.
Excellent communication coordination and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).
Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
