About vCommission Media vCommission Media is a Leading Global Affiliate Marketing Network delivering performance across web and mobile through a network of 100K affiliates with presence in India Singapore UAE UK and USA.
We are looking for a Head Affiliate Growth to own affiliate growth strategy team execution partner performance and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong industry knowledge strategic understanding and ruthless execution.
- Own Affiliate Growth strategy targets and execution.
- Drive affiliate acquisition activation reactivation and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the Affiliate Growth team with strong accountability.
- Monitor affiliate performance revenue EPC CR traffic and campaign growth.
- Identify and execute new affiliate and campaign growth opportunities.
- Drive optimization and ensure timely closure of performance gaps.
- Work closely with Advertiser Growth Network Ops and Tech teams.
- Translate management strategy into clear actionable execution plans.
- Represent Affiliate Growth in management reviews with clear insights and recommendations.
Required Skills:
7 years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing. Strong team leadership and people-management experience. Deep understanding of affiliate networks publishers traffic sources and campaign performance. Strong execution ownership and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express opinions and recommendations. Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
