Business Analyst with Technical Skills strong Finance & Accounts (F&A) domain expertise to join our Hyper Automation technology solutions team. The role requires expertise in hyperautomation platforms workflow solutions AI-driven automation tools and ERP ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements across Finance & Accounting functions.
• Act as a techno-functional consultant for HyperAutomation initiatives and digital transformation projects to design and implement automation solutions.
• Manage requirements across multiple accounts projects and business units simultaneously.
• Support solution configuration workflow design testing deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Process improvement initiatives using AI workflow automation and intelligent automation technologies.

Qualifications :

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounts (F&A).
• Experience in:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Banking Operations
  • Financial Processes and Controls
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes.

Technical Skills

• Experience working with HyperAutomation platforms applications and solutions.
• Knowledge of:
  • Hyper Apps
  • Hyper Automation Frameworks
  • Process Workflow Solutions
  • AI-driven Automation Tools
  • Business Process Automation Technologies
• Experience with software configuration solution implementation and technical integrations.
• Ability to work in a techno-functional consulting environment.

ERP & Enterprise Systems (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform:
  • SAP
  • Oracle ERP
  • Other ERP and Finance Boundary Applications
• Understanding of ERP integration and finance system landscapes.
