Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory skills
Strong hands-on experience in Grafana dashboard development and maintenance
Expertise in dashboard troubleshooting refactoring and optimization
Experience working as a single point of contact or owner for monitoring/reporting tools
Working knowledge of Azure Databricks
Experience with data visualization and monitoring best practices
Ability to handle production support issue resolution and stakeholder communication
- Act as the primary owner and SPOC for Grafana dashboards.
- Ensure availability accuracy and performance of dashboards.
- Monitor dashboards proactively and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform bug fixes remediations and performance optimization.
- Design develop and enhance dashboards based on business needs.
- Refactor existing dashboards for better usability and scalability.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver dashboard enhancements.
- Integrate Grafana with various data sources effectively.
- Work as a single point of contact or owner for monitoring/reporting tools
- Work with Azure Databricks for data processing and support.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
