The role includes a structured training period across manufacturing assembly quality and service functions to build a strong understanding of Injection Molding Machines (IMM) followed by a transition into a Mechanical Design Engineer ExposureDuring the initial training period you will gain hands-on exposure to:Machine assembly and manufacturing operationsHydraulic electrical and control systemsQuality inspection and machine testingService commissioning and troubleshooting activitiesKey Responsibilities After Training (Design Engineering)Design and develop components and sub-assemblies for Injection Molding 3D CAD models manufacturing drawings and assembly basic engineering calculations and FEA for critical and maintain Engineering BOMs and technical with production sourcing and assembly teams to improve manufacturability and product root cause analysis design improvements and engineering change ProfileEducationB.E. / in Mechanical Mechatronics or Production Engineering (recent graduates or final-year students).Technical SkillsExposer to Creo AutoCAD SolidWorks NX or similar CAD knowledge of FEA and engineering analysis fundamentals in machine design strength of materials manufacturing processes and GD& AttributesPassion for machine design automation and hydraulic analytical and problem-solving communication and technical documentation to learn and work in a cross-functional environment.
