Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and service KPIs on a real-time basis.
• Identify analyze and report network alarms alerts and performance issues.
• Create log and manage incidents/tickets in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as per escalation matrix and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and where required external vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents actions taken and resolutions.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders during incidents.
• Adhere to shift schedules and support 247 NOC operations.

Job Requirements

• Educational background in telecommunications Electronics or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in NOC Network Monitoring or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and incident creation/management.
• Basic understanding of telecom networks and concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
