Build andmaintainstrong talent pipelines for critical global roles and future business needs.Coordinatestructuredselection processesinvolving cross-regional interview panels ensuring clear communicationtimelyfeedback and a state-of-the art candidate experience
Conductstructured interviews and supporthiring decisions based onrole-related criteriaprofessionalexpertiseleadership potentialmotivationand cultural fit
Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to stakeholders by challenging requirements advising on market realities and ensuring a fair consistent and evidence-based hiring process
Use recruiting data KPIs and stakeholder feedback toidentifyimprovement opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of global recruiting standards tools and processes
About You
A degree or equivalent professional experience in HR business psychology recruitment or a related field.
Proven recruitmentexperience inan international environmentideally includingspecialistprofessionalandleadership hiring across countries or regions
Strongactivesourcingskillsand theabilitytoidentifyapproach andengagepassivecandidatesin differentmarkets
Experiencepartneringwithseniorstakeholdersandhiringmanagerswiththeconfidencetoadvisechallenge andinfluenceconstructively
Strong knowledge of modern recruiting technologies applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting practices
Excellent communicationskills in English; Germanand/or anotheradditionallanguage is an advantage but not a requirement
A structured proactive and solution-oriented working style combined with strong service orientation
High levelof integrity discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Curiosityculturalawareness and theabilitytocollaborateeffectivelyacrosscountries timezones and differentstakeholderexpectations
