We are seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager 3PL Warehousing & Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics operations warehouse management transportation inventory control and customer service for our C&F business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end 3PL warehousing and logistics operations across multiple locations
Manage C&F operations warehouse productivity inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
Optimize transportation fleet management and distribution networks
Drive warehouse automation process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Monitor KPIs including OTIF inventory accuracy order cycle time and logistics costs
Ensure statutory compliance safety standards and quality management systems
Build and manage relationships with clients transporters vendors and key stakeholders
Lead budgeting resource planning manpower management and operational reporting
Implement WMS ERP and digital supply chain solutions
