MAKE AN IMPACT

• • Direct Responsibilities

    • Design test conditions and create test cases scenarios and scripts (definingwhatto test)
    • Analyze requirements todeterminetesting needs by reviewing documentation attending meetings and collaborating with the project team
    • Develop functional test cases that align with assigned requirements
    • Conduct requirement reviews and walkthroughs together with the Business Analyst
    • Execute regression tests (both manual and automated) as well as functional tests
    • Produce and distribute daily weekly and monthly status reports for both automation and manual testing cycles
    • Leadrootcauseinvestigations when defects leak or key performance indicators are not met
    • Maintain and update regression test suites and scripts
    • PerformpeerreviewQA checks on test scripts and the execution work of fellow analysts
    • Streamline the regression test pack to improve execution efficiency for BAU releases
    • Follow all established testing processes andutilizestandard templates for each release
    • Communicate testing progress and issues to the Test Manager on a regular basis.

    Contributing Responsibilities

    • Participate in stand-ups
    • Involve in preparing Test Plan and Closure reports for releases

    Technical & Behavioral Competencies

    • Demonstrates a solid grasp of testing concepts
    • Possesses strong analytical abilities
    • Proficient with JIRA for issue tracking and workflow management
    • Experience in manual testing preferably within theinvestmentbankingsector (advantageous)
    • Able to write basic SQL queries
    • • Excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities
      • Highly effectivetimemanagementskills
      • Excellent verbal and written communicationproficiency
      • Selfmotivatedand capable of independently handling assigned testing tasks
      • Flexible schedule to ensure availability throughout the test execution phase
