Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with:

• React Hooks

• Functional Components

• State Management

• Redux Toolkit

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer.

• Ability to lead development teams while remaining hands-on.

• Experience in technical design code reviews mentoring developers and driving project delivery.

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications and Azure.

• Develop scalable high-quality and maintainable solutions.

• Mentor development teams and enforce coding best practices.

• Collaborate with architects product owners and stakeholders.

• Participate in architecture discussions estimations and technical decision-making.

• Ensure timely delivery with high code quality.
