Front Office Executive
Job Summary

Mail & Courier Logistics: Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and couriers; maintain logs and ensure timely distribution.

Meeting Room Management: Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms ensuring they are tidy and properly equipped before presentations or client visits.

Office Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies and front-desk stationery placing orders when necessary.

Data Maintenance: Keep up-to-date records of visitor logs staff attendance summaries and contact directories.

Experience: Exactly 3 years of experience working as a Front Office Executive Receptionist or in a similar corporate administrative role.

Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (Hospitality Communication or Business Administration is a plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages as applicable).

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable learning front-desk management software or EPABX systems.

Multitasking: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks without losing focus.

Problem-Solving: A proactive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations or difficult callers with grace and patience.
