Qualification: MBA /Mcom

Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance AP freight audit logistics finance procurement finance or supply-chain finance. Strong knowledge of invoice checking and financial controls.

Salary: 8 LPA (Negotiable)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Freight & Logistics Finance Analyst. The role is responsible for checking freight and logistics invoices before payment. Candidate will verify shipment details freight rates charges and supporting documents to make sure invoices are accurate and comply with agreed terms. Candidate will also identify duplicate or incorrect invoices work with suppliers to resolve issues and support improvements in freight cost control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate freight invoices before posting and payment.
- Check shipment details freight rates contracts and supporting documents.
- Identify duplicate incorrect or unsupported charges.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Post approved invoices in QAD with correct accounting details.
- Maintain freight records and audit documentation.
- Analyze freight spend variances disputes and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support process improvements and automation of freight invoice controls.
