Freelance Headhunter – LinkedIn Sourcing for Europe

Remote your own hours paid per placement. This is a headhunting role for experienced LinkedIn sourcers who place candidates in Europe. Please read the requirements before you apply. BC Recruitment is a small fast-growing recruitment agency placing multilingual people and specialists with international employers across Europe. Were building a small team of strong freelance headhunters who grow with us. About the role - Independent contractor fully remote on your own hours - You headhunt for roles in Europe: multilingual customer support and sales plus specialist roles in FX/online trading iGaming and legal - You find people directly on LinkedIn and other sources approach them screen them and keep them engaged through interviews offer and start date - We handle the employer side and give you the role details a screening template and fast feedback What you earn - Performance-based payout for every successful placement: typically 300 to 1000 depending on the role. Specialist roles pay more agreed before you start - No cap on your earnings - After a 3-month trial recruiters who make 3 or more placements a month also get a monthly base of 100 to 500 set by their results - Youre paid your share when the employer pays us. Every employer has its own payment terms so timing differs by role and we tell you the terms before you start on one - We walk you through everything in the first call Must-haves - 3 years of headhunting or sourcing with placements you can talk us through - Strong LinkedIn search: Boolean and X-ray search finding and approaching passive candidates - Experience recruiting for European or other international employers - You can find candidates who already live in or can work in the EU. Most of our roles need EU work rights so local candidates in India are usually not a fit - Excellent written English - At least 10 hours a week and quick to reply This role is not for you if - youre a fresher or new to recruitment - your recruiting has mainly been posting ads or running campaigns - youve only hired for local roles in India How it works 1.
