Job Summary

Formwork System Design: Conceptualize and design various Conventional Formwork systems tailored to specific building construction project requirements. Structural & Load Calculations: Perform rigorous hands-on dead load live load and concrete pressure calculations to ensure structural stability and safety during concrete pours. Aluminium Formwork Management: Review verify and check Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/modular systems) layouts shell plans and components supplied by vendors or internal teams. Drafting & Detailing: Utilize AutoCAD to generate highly accurate detailed structural drawings staging plans section details and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with site execution teams and project managers to troubleshoot on-site layout issues ensuring seamless alignment between drawings and actual site execution.

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 10 years of solid experience in design engineering within building construction projects (High-rise residential/commercial towers preferred). Software Skills: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with other structural analysis software is a major asset. Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Load Calculations for scaffolding and formwork. Experience with checking and verifying Aluminium Formwork systems. Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind attention to structural safety and clear communication skills to collaborate with site teams.

Qualifications

Education: B.E. / or M.E. / in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
