Job Summary
- Supervise and manage drilling and TAM grouting operations at site
- Execute consolidation grouting works as per project specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and operators for smooth execution
- Ensure proper alignment depth and quality of drilling activities
- Monitor grouting pressure flow and material usage
- Handle manpower allocation and daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the execution team
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling and grouting works
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- TAM Grouting
- Consolidation Grouting
- Drilling operations (ROC / hydraulic rigs)
- Ability to manage site labor and operators effectively
- Good understanding of site safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work in dam project / remote site locations
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Required Skills:
