Must-have Nice-to-have Strong Dart / Flutter fundamentals Deep analytics & event-tracking know-how Experience with Provider or Bloc Proven performance-tuning skills Solid Low-Level System Design chops Hands-on with Firebase (Auth Firestore Functions Crashlytics) Knowledge of clean architecture principles Familiarity with CI/CD & deployment pipelines Excellent communication & end-to-end ownership mindset
