HIRING FIRST PARTY COLLECTIONS
Location: Pune
Process: First Party Collections
Take-Home Salary: Up to 45000/month
Incentives: Unlimited Performance Incentives
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday Sundays
Login Shifts: 5:30 PM 8:30 PM & 1:30 AM
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our First Party Collections process in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle first party collection calls and follow-ups
Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments
Achieve collection and performance targets
Maintain accurate customer and payment records
Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
Follow company policies and collection guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in collections telecalling customer service or related processes preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
Target-oriented and comfortable working in rotational shifts
Candidates should be comfortable working in late-night shifts
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
Salary: Up to 45000 take-home depending on last drawn salary and years of experience
Unlimited incentives based on performance
