The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst provides analytical support to the companys finance department in making sound financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzecurrentandpasttrendsinkeyperformanceindicatorsincludingallareasofrevenuecostofsalesexpensesandcapitalexpenditures
• Monitorperformanceindicatorshighlightingtrendsandanalyzingcausesofunexpectedvariance
• Generateprojectbudgetreportsandleadreviewmeetings
• OverseeandmanagethecontinueddevelopmentofBudgetingFinancialForecastingandModelingtools.
• Ad-HocReportingandAnalysis
• QuarterlyandMonthlyFinancialreports
• ImplementandworkwithaBusinessIntelligenceToolandDashboardreports
• Improveperformancebyevaluatingprocessestodriveefficiencies
• Developfinancialmodelsandanalysestosupportstrategicinitiatives
• Analyzecomplexfinancialinformationandreportstoprovideaccurateandtimelyfinancialrecommendationstomanagementfordecisionmakingpurposes

Qualifications

• BachelorsDegreeinAccountingorFinance

• 3-5yearsexperienceinFP&A
• Workeffectivelyunderdeadlines
• Strongleadershipskillsrequired.
• AdvancedMicrosoftExcelandPowerPointSkills
• Thinkcreativelyhighlydrivenandself-motivated
