Purpose of the role

You will be assigned as an individual contributor within the Global/ Finance Shared Services team having the responsibilities for process-oriented tasks that shall include but not be limited to invoicing reconciliations accounting reporting MIS close orders procurement and other process-oriented activities of the regional business.

Skills Knowledge Experience And Exposure

1. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting area
2. Should be a graduate in Business / Accounting / Commerce degree with majors in accounting or finance desirable
3. Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
4. High proficiency in English verbal and written
5. Quickly understands business issues data challenges and reporting/workforce analytical needs.
6. Experience in managing high volume workload in a changing environment

1. Regular coordination with the team to understand the requirements and to produce effective and efficient service.
2. You should be a good team player. Some tasks will involve a number of steps which means good communication with the team is essential to keep things running smoothly.
3. Work with your Analytical mind and make sure the tasks are delivered accurately.
4. Ability to provide and receive feedback from others to improve delivery of service.
