Position: Finance Manager

Salary: 65000 – 90000 per month
Job Requirements:
* 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with strong managerial exposure.
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
* Responsible for the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
* Lead and manage a finance team of approximately 10 members.
* Strong experience in budgeting financial planning forecasting and analysis.
* Responsible for developing and overseeing the annual financial plan and strategy.
* Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
* Monitor cash flow financial performance expenses and profitability.
* Ensure proper financial controls compliance and timely reporting.
* Should have strong analytical decision-making and leadership skills.
* Candidates who can take complete ownership of the finance function are preferred.
