Job Summary

Work overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations statutory compliances and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Excel and working knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax payroll compliances and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable accounts receivable journal entries reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements MIS reports schedules and other financial reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and payroll-related statutory compliances.
  • Perform bank vendor customer and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors consultants and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for financial and statutory purposes.
  • Use MS Excel for financial analysis reconciliations reporting and data management.
  • Identify accounting discrepancies and support process improvements to strengthen financial controls

Key Requirements

  • CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA Mandatory
  • 23 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST TDS Income Tax payroll compliances and financial reporting.
  • Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
  • Good analytical problem-solving and numerical abilities.
