Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of experience in computer hardware and networking be willing to travel to client locations and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to install configure and troubleshoot computers networks and IT equipment.
Provide on-site support for hardware software and connectivity issues.
Install and configure desktops laptops printers routers switches and peripherals.
Diagnose faults and perform hardware repairs upgrades and replacements.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and basic network settings.
Maintain service documentation and coordinate with internal technical teams.
Ensure timely professional and customer-focused service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
23 years of experience in IT field support desktop support hardware maintenance or networking.
Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN Wi-Fi DNS DHCP IP addressing routers switches and firewalls.
Experience in computer hardware installation troubleshooting upgrades and replacements.
Familiarity with Windows Microsoft Office and printer installation and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently collaborate with teams and travel to client locations.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science IT ECE or a related field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
