Job Summary
Position : FACTORY MANAGER
Qualification: Degree in Science / Food Science
Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in factory / production management. Strong experience in Seafood / Food Processing preferred.
Salary : upto 12lacs per annum
Location: Aroor Kerala
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage overall factory operations and production activities.
* Take ownership of production planning execution productivity and operational efficiency.
* Manage production processing maintenance quality and support teams.
* Optimize utilization of manpower machinery raw materials utilities and capacity.
* Ensure achievement of production targets and timely delivery requirements.
* Maintain high standards of quality food safety hygiene and workplace safety.
* Identify and reduce production bottlenecks wastage downtime and operational costs.
* Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Coordinate effectively with procurement quality maintenance logistics and management.
