Facility Executive - Technical

• To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure common assets and services including equipments like HVAC system BMS HT and LT panels switchyard transformer UPS pumping system WTP STP fire alarms firesystemsdistribution of power water quality control of circuits digital application civil plumbing etc

About the Role:

• To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
• To lead a team of technical support staff
• To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
• To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
• Track all works related to Masonry Carpentry Plumber sanitary Welding & Painting and technical works

About You:

• Need to be Diploma / B Tech Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• High standard of grooming
• Works in shifts
