Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive HR professional to join our organization in Mysuru this strategic role you will lead all human resources functions and serve as a key business partner to senior management. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices demonstrating the ability to drive organizational excellence through effective people management and strategic HR initiatives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives
  • Oversee talent acquisition onboarding and retention programs to build and maintain a high-performing workforce
  • Design and implement performance management systems that foster employee development and accountability
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and employee engagement initiatives
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business transformation
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends measure program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws regulations and statutory requirements
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team providing coaching and professional development opportunities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on people-related matters and organizational challenges
  • Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently while maximizing return on investment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in an executive or senior HR leadership role
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR planning talent management and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement best practices
  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation benefits administration and payroll processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws employment regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record of successfully managing change and driving organizational transformation
  • Strong budget management and financial acumen
  • Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and employee relations management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
