• Reconciliation of Vendors & customers. Obtaining balance confirmation from group company & external vendors.

• Handling Internal & Statutory Audit

• Handling Income Tax Audit VAT Audit Service Tax Audit

• Assist in Finalization of Balance Sheet

• Assisting in Weekly Updating of bank balances in TM5

• Ensuring timely filing of TDS Income Tax PF GST returns

• Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts financial statement annual returns ensuring compliance of accounting standards

• Liaising with bank and governments

• Assisting in monthly closing of books of accounts

• Timely payments of vendors & suppliers. Processing import payments

• Regularization of Bill of entries against import

• Checking and passing of payroll entries in SAP. Processing the salary payments

• Handling Export regularization

• Specialized knowledge /education: BCOM MBA - Finance

• Accounting & Finance Knowledge

• Good Judgement & Decision making
