Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing configuring supporting and optimizing the Epic Beaker module. The candidate will work closely with laboratory staff clinical stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient laboratory information system (LIS) solutions that enhance patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Configure maintain and support the Epic Beaker application.
Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements from laboratory and healthcare stakeholders.
Design build test validate and deploy Epic Beaker enhancements and system changes.
Support laboratory workflows specimen collection order management result reporting and laboratory operations.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
Participate in Epic implementations system upgrades optimizations and enhancement projects.
Perform unit testing integrated testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain build documentation workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
Collaborate with Epic application analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other clinical modules.
Ensure all solutions follow Epic best practices and organizational governance standards.
Requirements
3 years of hands-on experience with the Epic Beaker module.
Epic Beaker Certification is mandatory.
Experience in Epic build configuration implementation testing and production support.
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows laboratory information systems (LIS) specimen processing and clinical laboratory operations.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Epic Beaker Certification (Mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of relevant Epic Beaker experience
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Time Shift)
Must work from the Kondapur Hyderabad office (5 days per week)

Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
Knowledge of laboratory operations pathology workflows specimen lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.

Strong documentation stakeholder management and communication skills.
