Hiring: Enterprise Architect Amazon Connect

Location: Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Amazon Connect to define enterprise architecture strategies target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models

Develop architecture vision target state and transformation roadmaps

Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key architectural decisions

Lead workshops to gather requirements and feedback

Provide technical solutions across teams

Manage and guide technical teams as an SME

Continuously assess and improve architecture frameworks

Ensure architecture aligns with business goals and innovation initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

A strong Enterprise Architect / Amazon Connect SME who can lead architecture decisions collaborate across teams and design scalable resilient cloud solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Connect

Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture

Experience designing scalable and resilient systems

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman

Experience with cloud architecture and integration

Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API Management

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Required Skills:

Must-Have Skills: 5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Connect Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture Experience designing scalable and resilient systems Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman Experience with cloud architecture and integration Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API Management Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
