Engineer Gearbox Architecture

Job Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in Transmission Systems (Hybrids and eDrives) with a focus on the design and development of Gearbox for automotive applications. The ideal applicant should have an extensive knowledge of Gearbox and its complete architecture.

Major Responsibilities:

Good knowledge on Gearbox Architecture of eDrive AWD/4WD.
Understanding on Sub modules like Parklock Decoupler eLSD Shift Unit Clutches Oil Pumps Sensors and Actuators
Understanding of Lubrication/Cooling NVH Durability/Reliability EMC Thermal Management
DVP Test-Management Measurement technology of Gearbox
System level understanding of eDrive AWD/4WD.
Understanding on Driving Dynamics.
Know how o the efficiency calculation and functional simulation

Skills and competencies:

Engineering Processes IATF 16949; PPAP / VDA2; APQP / VDA 4.3
Problem Solving Methods
Automotive Spice (ASPICE). Knowledge base for ISO 15504 (SPICE)
Functional Safety ISO 26262
FMEA
Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management
Intellectual Properties (IP)
Risk Identification

Educational Qualifications:

Well-founded technical education (university degree) in one of the following disciplines - Mechanical / electrical / automotive / control engineering or mechatronics

Work experience:

3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.

Tools knowledge:

Requirement Engineering tool (iALM PTC-Windchill)
Doors NG
Matlab
Simcenter Amesim (Optional)
