Job Summary
Key Activities:
- Techno Commercial Support to First Fit Handling Investment Case Preparation & Approvals Price Agreements.
- Forecast follow for the Order Intake Month Wise.
- SR1 & SR2 Order Entry Review the Open Orders and follow up for the Blockage and Expedite.
- Coordination with Sales Service Centers and Operations teams for expedition.
- Handling and Support Customer Rejections and Issue resolution.
- Payments Inventory and Material Availability follow-up
- Maintain Customer Master Data Amendments Manage credit limits for both existing and new customers through MDM and SAP ensuring compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) guidelines.
- Maintain strong coordination with Sales and Finance teams to drive collection and closure of outstanding debtor balances as per business targets.
- Support the Team and Management as on Business requirement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure 100% compliance with business processes and procedures related to Pre & Post Orders and other applicable systems.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancement initiatives.
- Adhere to Smiths policies and contribute to workplace safety quality and operational excellence.
- Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and the First Fit Sales Team to support business objectives and customer requirements.
- Support the effective execution of pre-order and post-order activities through cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Smiths Environment Health & Safety (EH&S) standards and actively promote a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Apply technical and analytical skills in evaluating customer requirements reviewing drawings preparing cost estimates pricing proposals and supporting order execution activities.
- Maintain effective communication with customers sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support to be extended to Team as required by Business

Qualifications :
Skills and Experience:
Experience
- BE/Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/ Order Management in manufacturing Sector.
People Skills
