Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 2 years of experience in designing building and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks. This role will work closely with business stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to develop AI-powered applications that drive business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging LLMs prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows to prepare process and manage structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications APIs databases and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development with AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI Anthropic Azure OpenAI etc.).
• Understanding of:
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG architectures
• Vector databases
• Embeddings
• Model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and software engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
