Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of email marketing lists and databases.
- Enter and update customer information email addresses and segmentation data into our email marketing platform.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns based on segmentation and targeting criteria.
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
- Support the team in organizing and categorizing email content and templates.
Required Skills and Qualifications: ( Need any three)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact).
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email template editing (preferred but not required).
- Previous internship or coursework in marketing or data entry. (preferred but not required).
