Position:Electrical Planning Engineer

PLACE OF POSTING:Bangalore

REPORTS TO:Head - Projects / Engineering

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (B.E./) from a recognized university.
Additional certifications in project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project) will be an added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry Area of experience Years of Experience)

6 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry.
Hands-on experience in electrical planning execution support and coordination for commercial and residential projects.
Exposure to high-rise buildings township projects malls or mixed-use developments is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare detailed electrical project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
Coordinate with design procurement and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of electrical works.
Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks and propose corrective actions.
Review electrical drawings BOQs and specifications to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Track material requirements procurement schedules and site readiness for electrical installations.
Prepare MIS reports progress reports and dashboards for management review.
Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and regulatory norms.
Support cost control and resource planning activities related to electrical works.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
