Education - B.E./ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Eligibility Criteria

• Only 2023 or earlier pass-outs are eligible.
  
• Candidates passed out in or 2026 are not eligible.
  
• 13 years of relevant experience in Electrical Hardware / Electrical Systems.
  
• Immediate joiners only / candidates with very short notice period.
  
• Willing to work onsite at Chennai Avadi.
  
• Candidates must be able to attend the offline interview in Chennai Avadi.
  

Required Skills

• Good understanding of electrical hardware components and electrical systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical relays and relay-based circuits.
  
• Knowledge of wiring harnesses cable routing connectors and electrical connections.
  
• Basic understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and battery-related electrical systems.
  
• Knowledge of contactors fuses circuit breakers switches terminals and protection devices.
  
• Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  
• Ability to perform electrical hardware testing continuity testing and troubleshooting.
  
• Basic knowledge of sensors actuators and electrical control systems.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and validation of electrical hardware systems.
  
• Work with relays wiring harnesses connectors contactors protection devices and other electrical components.
  
• Support BMS-related electrical hardware integration and testing.
  
• Read and understand electrical schematics wiring diagrams and connection drawings.
  
• Perform hardware testing continuity checks signal verification and troubleshooting.
  
• Assist in electrical harness assembly inspection and validation.
  
• Perform relay and electrical component testing under different operating conditions.
  
• Support electrical system integration with controllers sensors and actuators.
  
• Identify hardware issues and coordinate with engineering teams for corrective actions.
  
• Prepare test reports validation documents and engineering documentation.
