Key Responsibilities -

• Support strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites.
• Analyze data related to manpower complaints audits compliance asset performance and service delivery.
• Prepare management reports dashboards presentations and business review summaries.
• Conduct benchmarking studies for manpower deployment operational costs and site performance.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvement opportunities.
• Support development of SOPs trackers checklists and operational frameworks.
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect organize and analyze operational data.
• Assist in audit tracking non-compliance analysis and corrective action monitoring.
• Work on special projects related to workplace experience operational efficiency sustainability and client satisfaction.
• Support leadership in preparing client presentations and strategy reviews.

Measure of Success :

Timely delivery of the results.

Essential qualifications and experience :

Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.

Primary Interactions:-

C&W reporting manager

Knowledge and skills required :

• Interest in Facility Management Workplace Operations or Corporate Real Estate.
• Basic understanding of soft services technical services audits compliance or site operations.
• Familiarity with data analysis reporting and process improvement.

• Knowledge of Power BI Excel dashboards or automation tools is an added advantage.Leadership

• Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Financial Systems
