Key Responsibilities -
- Support strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites.
- Analyze data related to manpower complaints audits compliance asset performance and service delivery.
- Prepare management reports dashboards presentations and business review summaries.
- Conduct benchmarking studies for manpower deployment operational costs and site performance.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Support development of SOPs trackers checklists and operational frameworks.
- Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect organize and analyze operational data.
- Assist in audit tracking non-compliance analysis and corrective action monitoring.
- Work on special projects related to workplace experience operational efficiency sustainability and client satisfaction.
- Support leadership in preparing client presentations and strategy reviews.
Measure of Success :
Timely delivery of the results.
Essential qualifications and experience :
Qualification
Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.
Primary Interactions:-
C&W reporting manager
Knowledge and skills required :
- Interest in Facility Management Workplace Operations or Corporate Real Estate.
- Basic understanding of soft services technical services audits compliance or site operations.
- Familiarity with data analysis reporting and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Power BI Excel dashboards or automation tools is an added advantage.Leadership
- Teamwork Orientation
- Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Financial Systems
