Position Purpose: Design Develop and Remediate technical / architecture related business applications topics for MS Dynamics CRM Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Design and develop components/applications on technologies with various frameworks Work in an agile environment Provide support and help the teams junior developers to grow technically. Participate in agile rituals in an organization on the way to be agile at scale
Interact and contribute with our developers communities and more broadly of the IT sector
Contributing Responsibilities Contribute to develop Real Estate IT Strategy Technical & Behavioral Competencies Expert level technical experience on: o MS Dynamics 365 o Dynamics 365 OnPremise o Dynamics 365 Online o Customization and Configuration in Dynamics 365 o Web resource development (JavaScript HTML CSS) o Dynamics 365 plugin development (C# .Net) o API REST o SQL Server Data Tools (SSIS C# .Net) o SQL Server Data Tools (SSRS FetchXml) o Power Platform o Power Apps Customer Insight Azure Service Bus Technical management experience on: o Dynamics 365 best practice implementation o Azure eco-system architecture knowledge o Technical standard definition and implementation o Technical conception and workload estimation o Coordination skills with different technical teams o Development quality guarantee o ToolChain implementation o Technical team training Delivery perspective minimal experience on: o Team management o Analysis and reporting skills o Load schedule and planning management o Incident management o Change management o Process implementation Scrum Agile experience on: o Deep understanding on Scrum Agile o Training skills o Ticketing tool: Jira Azure DevOps ServiceNow o Adaptability
