Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with hands-on experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Discovery Service Mapping and CSDM. The candidate will be responsible for CMDB implementation governance data quality management integrations and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture.
Configure and manage CI classes attributes relationships and lifecycle processes.
Implement and support Discovery Service Mapping and CMDB integrations.
Maintain CMDB data quality through governance reconciliation and audits.
Configure Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Flow Designer workflows.
Manage Import Sets Transform Maps and external integrations.
Support CSDM adoption and CMDB best practices.
Develop CMDB health dashboards reports and KPI metrics.
Work closely with Infrastructure Cloud Security and Application teams to ensure accurate configuration data.
Troubleshoot CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping issues and drive continuous improvements.
