We are seeking Domestic IT Recruiters for one of our Clients with strong End-to-End IT Recruitment experience in Mumbai and Bangalore Locations.

Location: Mumbai MH/ Bengaluru KA
Type: Full Time
Interview Levels and Mode: 3 Levels -Virtual for Bangalore Location F2F for Mumbai Location(Same day)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years in Technical Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle. i.e.C-2-H (Contract to Hire)
Sourcing and hiring candidates for various technical roles focusing on niche skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Target-oriented approach with a proven track record in meeting recruitment goals.
Proficient in using job portals such as Naukri LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in recruiting for core technical roles.
Work stability is must.
