About the role:

* Manage and maintain all project documents drawings and correspondence.
* Ensure proper document control processes version control and timely distribution of documents.
* Coordinate with project teams consultants contractors and clients for document submissions and approvals.
* Maintain document registers trackers and project records in line with company standards.
* Support audits by ensuring all project documentation is complete and up to date.
* Ensure compliance with document management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

• 7 Years of experience
• Knowledge of documentation tools.
• Must have completed at least 1 project as document controller.
