Required Skills: Dispatch Management Logistics Warehouse Operations

• Dispatch Operations: Plan schedule and execute daily product dispatches to meet order delivery schedules and SLAs.
  

• Order Packaging & Inspection: Supervise picking packing and labeling of goods to ensure items are secure correct and undamaged prior to dispatch.
  

• Logistics & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners local transport providers and drivers to assign routes and optimize delivery schedules.
  

• Documentation & ERP Record Keeping: Generate invoice copies delivery challans goods transport notes and update dispatch details in the inventory software/ERP.
  

• Inventory & Stock Reconciliation: Verify dispatch quantities against physical stock and order manifests to prevent shipping errors or inventory mismatches.
  

• Shipment Tracking & Resolution: Track outgoing shipments resolve in-transit issues and address return/failed delivery management (RTOs).
  

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Dispatch Executive to manage order fulfillment and logistics operations at our warehouse in Hoskote Bangalore. The role involves coordinating daily dispatches managing transportation logistics ensuring accurate packaging and labeling and tracking shipments to guarantee timely delivery to clients and customers.

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in dispatch management logistics or warehouse operations.
  

• Industry Experience: Background in e-commerce retail logistics furniture or FMCG environments preferred.
  

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of ERP/inventory systems warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities problem-solving skills and effective communication skills to handle transporter and vendor interactions.
