Devops Support

P2C3STS- A strong background in supporting DevOps tools with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience; exposure to distributed application support is also highly desirable.
- Direct experience using monitoring and debugging tools such as Dynatrace AppDynamics Synthetic Monitoring (DSM) Splunk Kibana or Grafana.
- Proficiency in investigating diagnosing and resolving technical incidents and inquiries related to DevX applications (such as Gitlab CICD JIRA and SonarQube).
- Hands-on experience with databases and query languages including SQL Oracle MySQL or Postgres with the ability to write simple queries.
- Solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows environments and familiarity with standard Unix/Windows commands.
- Experience with scripting languagessuch as Shell Scripting Python or Windows PowerShell.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms including containers Docker and command line interfaces (CLI).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Java ) and the ability to comprehend code.
